Deleting your TotaLive account

Applies to TotaLive on iPhone, Android and the web.

In the app (fastest)

• Sign in to TotaLive.
• Tap your name at the top right, then Account.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't sign in

Email support@totalive.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my TotaLive account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Everything: your profile, name and email address, food diary, foods you created, goals, weight, body fat, steps, sleep and water records, settings, your link to any coach, and any notes, requests or reminders about you. Nothing is kept, except that backup copies are overwritten within 30 days.
